COVID-19 Protocols

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, VIMQ is taking additional precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus and to protect the health and safety of our employees and clients.

We have implemented a daily cleaning schedule for our showroom and factory. As well as an 4 person limit in our showroom, letting overflow of clients the access to view our exterior stone gallery and stone yard.

Safety protocols have also been adopted for our client’s home visits and on-site installation and templating appointments. So that installers’ safety pods shall not be compromised, we request that no other persons be present when on-site and that the premises be cleaned and sanitized. Respectively maintain social distancing with our team, who will have access to their own PPE. We cannot enter a site where anyone has been out of the country or experiencing a cough, fever, or flu-like symptoms.

In addition, we have posted signs throughout our showroom, factory, and work vehicles as a reminder, however, we do ask that you exercise social distancing guidelines of 2 meters and refrain from visiting us if you have been out of the country and have any cold, fever or flu-like symptoms for a period of 2 weeks and your symptoms have disappeared. We hope that by following these simple guidelines, we will continue to do business and keep everyone healthy during these unprecedented times.
